1. Acceptance
By accessing or using AllToVid (alltovid.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
AllToVid provides AI-generated content kits (titles, hooks, scripts, scenes, SEO descriptions, thumbnails, prompts, voiceover text, and checklists) for video creators. The service does not produce video files, perform video editing, or clone voices.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity under your account.
4. Plans and payments
Paid plans are billed in USD. Future versions will process payments through Stripe (and optionally Mercado Pago). Refund policy will be detailed before payments go live.
5. User content
You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Generated outputs may be used freely for your videos and commercial work.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AllToVid to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content. Adult content is not permitted on the platform.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs may contain errors and should be reviewed before publishing.
